You haven’t stopped.
You’ve just quietly adjusted.
The sport you used to love that you now describe as “not really your thing anymore.” The weekend planned around your body’s limitations instead of what you actually wanted to do. The spontaneous Friday plan you said no to because you knew what it would cost you the next morning.
High performers are excellent at ignoring their body. You’ve made it an art form.
Until it stopped being ignorable. And now it’s in every meeting, every long-haul flight, every morning you wake up already running behind.
You built the career. You built the life. You forgot to maintain the person running it.
Not through laziness. It just was never urgent enough.
Until it was.

This is not a fitness programme.
Free Your Moves is a 12-week 1:1 clinical reconditioning intensive.
Built entirely around you. Your body, your history, your life.
Every week, a call with a physiotherapist who has actually read your file, knows your history, and walks in already knowing what needs to happen.
A personalised movement plan that adapts when your week doesn’t go to plan. WhatsApp access for clinical questions. And an online learning platform that explains the why behind everything, so you’re never just following instructions blindly.
No group. No generic plan. No “here are your exercises, see you in six weeks.”
The goal is not fitness. It is a body you can trust. One that cooperates with your life instead of interrupting it. And by week 12, the tools and knowledge to maintain it yourself.
That last part matters. The goal has always been your independence. Not your dependency.
This is not a fitness programme.
.1
Clinical expertise.
Not coaching.
A licensed physiotherapist who reads your full history before the first call. Who knows why certain movements are contraindicated for your specific body. Who can tell the difference between adaptation discomfort and something that needs attention.
Not a trainer. Not a coach.
The real thing.
.2
Built for your actual life.
Not an idealised version of it.
Long-haul flights, back-to-back meetings, the weeks where everything goes sideways.
The programme adapts because your life doesn’t pause for it.
The plan survives contact with reality because it was designed around yours.
.3
The goal is independence.
Not your dependency.
By week 12 you have the tools, the knowledge, and the body literacy to maintain this yourself. No ongoing subscription. No permanent coach. Just a body you understand and know how to look after.
That’s what clinical reconditioning makes possible. And it’s what nothing you’ve tried before was ever actually building toward.

I am here for the entrepreneur who is ready.
The one who wants to move freely again.
The one who wants energy that actually reaches their evening.
The one who wants to feel present. In meetings, at home, in their own body.
The one who built something remarkable and forgot to maintain the person running it.
The one who is done being along for the ride.
You’ve tried the trainer, the programme, the app.
Something worked briefly and then didn’t.
You’ve started to wonder if you’re the problem.
You’re not. The format was.
Audrey De Bry
I’m a physiotherapist with nearly a decade of clinical experience, a former professional dancer, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to run a high-intensity life in a body you’ve stopped listening to.
I built Free Your Moves because the standard model was never going to fix it. Treat the problem. Discharge. Repeat.
The body doesn’t work in isolated episodes. It works as a system. And that system needs a plan, not a patch.
I work 1:1, build everything around each person’s specific body and life, and the goal is always the same: that by the end you have the tools, the knowledge, and the body literacy to keep going without needing me in your corner every week.
That last part is not bad for business. It’s the whole point.

You’ve waited long enough.
The call is free. No commitment, no pressure, no forms to fill in before we’ve even spoken.
Just a conversation. If it’s the right fit, we build from there.
If it’s not, you leave with more clarity than you came with.
